Box Office Report: Hugh Jackman's 'Real Steel' Looking to Open North of $25 Mil

The film, which cost $110 million to produce, will need to turn in a solid performance overseas as well in order to recoup its costs. DreamWorks and Disney, which is distributing Real Steel, are hoping the movie appeals to both fanboys and families. PHOTOS: 'Real Steel' First Look The George Clooney-directed political drama The Ides of March, starring Clooney, Ryan Gosling and Philip Seymour Hoffman is off to a solid start for an adult drama, and looks to gross $11 million to $12 million for the weekend. About a political operative working for a presidential candidate, Ides of March should benefit from its topical subject matter. Sony is distributing Ides of March for Gold Circle Films, which fully financed the $12.5 million movie. Alcon Entertainment and Warner Bros.'
