Made In Chelsea - need to find song name?

I am trying to find out the name of the song/band for a song that was
played on the tv programme Made In Chelsea.
It was in the last episode when Caggie was in the car. The lyrics I
remember are: "This is your heart, can you feel it, feel it. Runs
through your heart, can you feel it"

I've tried online, but wasn't able to find it. Anyone recognise
it?
