Does John Williams Plagiarize music?

A lot of people comment that Jaws sounds like Stravinsky or Dvorak.
Star Wars theme was ripped from Korngold/Holst Planets. Harry Potter
theme sounds like Tchaikovsky. Catch me if you can sounds like
Mancini's Pink Panther. But I think these comparisons are more
influence than plagiarism, remembering that the temp track probably
contains the aforementioned works. For instance take theses tracks:
Zam the Assasin from Star Wars Episode II and Quidditch from Harry
Potter, Letter Bombs from Munich, Escape from the City from War of the
Worlds. In these cues, where is plagiarism or copying of other
composers?

My point is why do people look down on Film Music by John Williams or
Alan Silvestri etc etc.... when there is, on average, 60-90 minutes
of music written for each film. Given that each film contains so much
music how can you that everything they write is copied or hevily
borrowed from great composers of the past!
